Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3 c
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt optional - 1/4 tsp
- sugar or honey - 1/3 c
- cooked rice brown or white - 3 c
How to make quick and easy rice pudding:
Combine all ingredients except vanilla in a saucepan; cook over medium heat until thickened, 25 to 30 minutes, stirring often. Pour into serving dish. Serve hot or cold. Makes six 1/2-cup servings.Recipe categories: Desserts, Puddings and mousses, Lunch/snacks.
