• Monterey Jack cheese, shredded - 1 c
• Italian seasonings - 1 item
• pizza crust - 1 item
• small can mushrooms, sliced and drained - 1 item
• small can black olives, sliced and drained - 1 item
• Italian sausage, cooked and drained - 1 lb
• medium onion, chopped or sliced thin - 1 item
• medium green pepper, chopped or sliced thin - 1 item

How to make pizza:

Spread over crust in order given and bake.
