Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- brown sugar - 1 c
- cornstarch - 2/3 c
- water
- vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
- vinegar - 2 c
- ground ginger - 3/4 tsp
- unsweetened pineapple juice - 4 c
- soy sauce - 6 Tbsp
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 oz
- chicken bouillon granules - 2 tsp
- medium green pepper, cut up - 1 item
- whole chickens, cut up - 2 item
How to make pineapple pepper chicken:
In a saucepan, combine the first 10 ingredients; stir until smooth. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Set aside. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
