- olive or vegetable oil - 1 tsp
- 10 oz - 1 lb
- shredded Mozzarella cheese about 4 oz - 1 c
- fully cooked breaded chicken breast cutlets - 4 item
How to make skillet chicken parmesan:
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and brown chicken, turning once. Add Ragu pasta sauce and bring to a boil. Sprinkle with cheese. Reduce heat to low and simmer, covered, 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with hot cooked spaghetti or in Italian rolls.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
