Pineapple ambrosia
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- heavy whipping cream - 1/2 pt
- bag miniature marshmallows - 1 item
How to make pineapple ambrosia:
Mix evaporated milk and sugar in a large bowl. Pour marshmallows in, stir to coat. Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight. The next day, pour pineapple into marshmallows. Beat whipping cream into marshmallows. Beat whipping cream in another bowl until whipped and fluffy. Fold into marshmallows.
