- can chicken broth - 1 item
- green onions - 5 item
- rice - 3 c
- boneless chicken breasts - 3 item
- green pepper - 1 item
- tomato - 1 item
- hot peppers - 2 item
- baby carrots - 10 item
- bag stir-fry mix vegetables - 1 item
How to make chicken fried rice:
Cut vegetables into small pieces and broil in butter until soft. Cut chicken in small pieces and cook until done. Boil rice in chicken broth and let stand for 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix together and put soy sauce over mixture.Recipe categories: Side dish, Chicken, Main dish.
