Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 3 item
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- coconut - 1/2 c
- heavy cream - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
- butter or oleo - 1/2 c
- corn meal - 2 Tbsp
- small can pineapple, drained - 1 item
How to make pineapple coconut chess pie:
Combine eggs, sugar and butter. Beat 5 minutes at high speed. Add remaining ingredients and blend thoroughly. Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake in 325° oven for one hour or until golden brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
