  • shredded coconut - 1 c
  • cornmeal - 3 Tbsp
  • small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
  • stick melted margarine - 1 item
  • vanilla flavor - 1 tsp

How to make pineapple coconut chess pie:

Mix all ingredients well. Pour into two unbaked pie shells. Bake for 25 minutes at 325°. Refrigerate pies.
