Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 5 item
- milk, scalded
How to make egg custard pie:
Mix eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and milk together. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle top with nutmeg. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, < 60 mins.
