Pineapple coconut chess pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 1/2
- cornmeal - 3 Tbsp
- large eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
- pie crust - 1 item
- can flaked coconut - 1 1/2
How to make pineapple coconut chess pie:
Combine first 3 ingredients in large bowl; add eggs and vanilla. Stir until blended. Stir in butter, coconut and pineapple. Pour in crust. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until set. Cover with aluminum foil after 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
