Pie crust

Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 3 c
• cold water - 5 Tbsp
• egg - 1 item
• vinegar - 1 tsp
• shortening

How to make pie crust:

Stir flour and salt into large bowl. Cut in shortening with pastry cutter or fork. Beat together egg and vinegar; add to flour mixture. Gradually add water and mix with hands. Roll between waxed paper with rolling pin.
