Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- cold water - 5 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 1 tsp
- shortening
How to make pie crust:
Stir flour and salt into large bowl. Cut in shortening with pastry cutter or fork. Beat together egg and vinegar; add to flour mixture. Gradually add water and mix with hands. Roll between waxed paper with rolling pin.Recipe categories: Pie, Pies and tarts, Crusts/pastry dough.
