Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- egg whites - 6 item
- whipping cream - 2 c
- cream of tartar - 1/2 tsp
- miniature marshmallows - 2 c
- sliced strawberries - 2 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Butter an oblong pan 9 x 13-inches
How to make cherry berry on a cloud:
Heat oven to 275°. Butter an oblong pan (9 x 13-inches). Beat egg whites, salt and cream of tartar. Gradually beat in 1 3/4 cups sugar. Beat until stiff and glossy (15 minutes). Spread in pan and bake 60 minutes. Leave in oven overnight (do not open door). Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla. Gently fold in whipped cream and marshmallows. Spread over meringue and refrigerate overnight.Topping:1 c. cherry pie filling1 tsp. lemon juice2 c. sliced strawberries Stir cherry pie filling, lemon juice and strawberries together.
