Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- water
- vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- raisins - 1 c
- egg yolks save whites for meringue - 3 item
How to make raisin cream pie:
Bring 1 cup water and raisins to a boil. Mix 1/2 cup water, egg yolks, flour and sugar. Cook until thick. Add raisins, vanilla and vinegar. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with meringue and brown.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
