Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- margarine or butter - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- plain flour
- persimmon pulp - 3 c
- to 1 stick butter - 1/2 item
How to make persimmon pudding:
Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish or pan. Mix together all dry ingredients and add to persimmon pulp, buttermilk and eggs. Add butter. Add vanilla. Pour into baking dish. Bake at 350° for around 30 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Fruit, American, North american.
