Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/4 tsp
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• buttermilk - 1 c
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• plain flour - 2 c
• allspice - 1 tsp
• Wesson oil - 1 c
• prunes, cut up - 1 c

How to make prune cake:

Mix flour, salt, soda, baking powder and sugar. Stir in eggs and oil. Add spices and then buttermilk. Add prunes. Mix well. Pour in pan that is well-greased and floured. Bake at 425° for 40 to 45 minutes.
