- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- salad oil - 2 Tbsp
- persimmon pulp - 1 c
How to make persimmon pudding:
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Bake in square pan at 300° for 1 hour. (Double the ingredients for the oblong baking pan.)Recipe categories: Fruit, American, North american.
