- buttermilk - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- plain flour - 3 c
- persimmon pulp - 1 qt
- flavor of your choice - 1 item
How to make persimmon pudding:
Mix flour and soda. Add eggs, milk and flavoring. Mix well. Stir in melted butter. Bake in a 300° oven about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Fruit, American, North american.
