- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- can sweetened condensed milk - 1 item
- milk to fill freezer - 1 item
- instant butterscotch pudding or butter pecan pudding - 1 pkg
How to make butter pecan ice cream:
Brown the pecans in 2 tablespoons of butter; cool. Beat eggs; gradually add sugar. Add condensed milk and instant pudding. Add nuts and milk to fill freezer (for a 1-gallon freezer of ice cream).Recipe categories: Desserts, Frozen desserts, Fruit.
