- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- soda - 2 tsp
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- persimmon - 1 c
How to make persimmon pudding:
Combine ingredients and bake in 8-inch square pan 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 300° to 325°. Set pan in pan of cold water for finer texture.Recipe categories: Fruit, American, North american.
