Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/2 c
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- butter
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- cranberries - 1 c
How to make cranberry bread:
Topping:1/4 c. butter1/2 c. brown sugar1/2 c. flour1 tsp. cinnamon Topping: Blend until crumbly.Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar. Then add egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk. Stir in cranberries. Pour in three small loaf pans. Sprinkle with topping and bake at 325° for 40 to 45 minutes or until inserted straw comes out clean.
