Ingredients/Components
- strawberries, halved - 1 c
- can pineapple chunks, undrained - 1 oz
- can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted - 1 oz
- cantaloupe, cut in 3/4-inch cubes - 1 item
- unpeeled apple, cored and cubed - 1 item
- peaches, peeled and cut in wedges - 2 item
- bananas, peeled and cut in 1/4-inch slices - 2 item
How to make summer fruit salad:
Layer fruits in a large bowl in order given. Spoon orange juice concentrate on top. Cover and chill 6 to 8 hours. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Fruit, Summer, Seasonal.
