Seafoam salad
Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese
- cream - 2 Tbsp
- heavy cream, whipped - 1/2 pt
- lime gelatin - 1 pkg
- 2 1/2 can pears, mashed
How to make seafoam salad:
Drain pears. Heat 1 cup juice to boiling. Pour over gelatin to dissolve. Cool. Add cream cheese and 2 tablespoons cream. Beat smooth. Add gelatin mixture; beat until partly thickened. Fold in mashed pears and whipped cream. Pour into mold and chill.Recipe categories: Fruit, American, Salads.
