Peanut soup
Ingredients/Components
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- chopped tomatoes - 1/4 c
- chicken bouillon - 2 c
- red pepper optional - 1 item
- peanut butter smooth style - 1 c
How to make peanut soup:
Heat bouillon and peanut butter together in a pan slowly, stirring until the peanut butter is dissolved. Simmer about 10 minutes. Add onions and tomatoes; simmer until onions are soft.
