Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine or butter - 1/2 item
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- chicken bouillon - 2 item
- Worcestershire - 1 Tbsp
- whole milk - 1 qt
- cans corn - 2 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
How to make corn soup:
Melt margarine; saute onions. Add salt and pepper. Remove from heat. Add flour; stir. Put back on heat; add milk, corn and bouillon cubes. Stir until thick. Add Worcestershire and take off heat. Do not at any time let milk boil.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Corn, Soups & stews.
