Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2 tsp
- peach preserves - 1/3 c
- boneless pork, cut into 3/4-inch cubes - 1 lb
- taco seasoning mix purchased - 1 Tbsp
- bottle chunky-style salsa purchased - 1 oz
How to make peachy pork picante:
Coat pork cubes with taco seasoning. Heat oil, in a large nonstick skillet, over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook to brown, stirring occasionally. Add salsa and preserves to pan. Lower heat, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves four.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork, Gluten Free.
