Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2 tsp
- taco seasoning - 1 Tbsp
- chunky salsa - 18 oz
- peach preserves - 1/3 c
- boneless pork, cut into 3/4-inch cubes - 1 lb
How to make peachy pork picante:
Coat pork cubes with taco seasoning. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook until brown, stirring occasionally. Add salsa and preserves to pan; lower heat. Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork, Gluten Free.
