Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2 tsp
- peach preserves - 1/3 c
- boneless pork cut into 3/4 inch cubes - 1 lb
- taco seasoning mix purchased - 1 Tbsp
- bottle chunky-style salsa purchased - 1 oz
How to make peachy pork picante:
Coat pork cubes with taco seasoning. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium high heat, add pork and cook to brown, stirring occasionally. Add salsa and preserves to pan, lower heat, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves four. Serve over rice.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork, Gluten Free.
