Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2 tsp
- taco seasoning mix - 1 Tbsp
- peach preserves - 1/3 c
- boneless pork, cut into 3/4-inch cubes - 1 lb
- bottle chunky-style salsa - 1 oz
How to make peachy pork picante:
Cook pork cubes with taco seasoning. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; add pork and cook to brown, stirring occasionally. Add salsa and preserves to pan. Lower heat. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Meat, Pork, Gluten Free.
