Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- dash of salt - 1 item
- finely chopped pecans - 1 item
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- diced pimento - 1 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 1 Tbsp
- finely chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- dash of cayenne pepper - 1 item
How to make party cheese ball:
Combine cream cheese and Cheddar cheese, blending well. Stir in remaining ingredients, except pecans. Shape into a ball and roll in pecans. Chill. Serve at room temperature. Yield: about 3 cups.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, Cheese, Very low carbs.
