Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped chives - 1/4 tsp
  • red pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • can deviled ham - 1 1/2
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 2 c
  • ground celery seed - 1/4 tsp
  • chopped pimento stuffed olives - 2 Tbsp

How to make party cheese ball:

Combine all ingredients except pecans. Mix well. Shape into ball and roll in chopped pecans. Chill well. Serve with assorted crackers. Makes 1 (5-inch) cheese ball. Make several days in advance for full flavor. Freezes well.
