Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 3/4 item
- parsley - 2 Tbsp
- 1 stick butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- light cream or half and half - 1 c
- fettuccine noodles - 1 pkg
- egg yolk, slightly beaten - 1 item
How to make fettuccine alfredo:
Cook pasta as directed; drain. Meanwhile, cook and stir remaining ingredients, except parsley, in medium saucepan until hot. Pour sauce over hot pasta and toss to coat well. Serve with parsley and extra Parmesan cheese. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Eggs/dairy, < 15 mins, Condiments, etc..
