Ingredients/Components

  • chopped pecans - 2/3 c
  • pkg - 2 oz
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • grated onion - 2 tsp
  • chopped parsley - 2 Tbsp
  • seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
  • can deviled ham - 1 1/4
  • sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 lb
  • chopped pimento, drained - 2 Tbsp

How to make cheese ball:

Beat cream cheese with mixer. Add Cheddar cheese and next 7 ingredients; beat until creamy. Stir in parsley and pimento. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Shape into a ball. Sprinkle with paprika and roll in nuts. Wrap in Saran Wrap and chill until ready to use. Serve with crackers.
