Ingredients/Components

  • small veal cutlets, dipped in beaten egg and breaded with Italian bread crumbs - 10 item
  • can tomato juice - 1 1/2
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • can tomato paste - 1 oz
  • Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
  • oregano - 1 tsp
  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Mozzarella cheese - 6 oz

How to make veal parmesan:

Brown veal cutlets in small amount of oil. Remove from skillet. Drain off any remaining oil. Add remaining ingredients, except cheese. Blend well.

Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add veal. Simmer, covered, for 30 minutes longer. Place cheese over veal. Continue cooking for about 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
