- salt - 1 tsp
- paprika - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- baking potatoes - 4 item
How to make oven-roasted potatoes:
Peel potatoes and cut into large chunks. Place in a shallow 2-quart baking pan. Pour margarine over and toss until well coated. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
