Ingredients/Components
- buttermilk - 2 c
- large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- nuts or coconut - 1 item
- small tub Cool Whip - 1 item
- peach Jell-O
How to make congealed salad:
Heat Jell-O and pineapple until Jell-O is dissolved. Cool. Add buttermilk and Cool Whip. Add nuts or coconut, as desired. Pour into Jell-O mold or oblong dish.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Heirloom/historical.
