- milk - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- paprika - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- to 8 catfish fillets - 6 item
How to make catfish parmesan:
Dip catfish in combined milk and egg. Combine cheese, flour and seasoning. Cover fillets with cheese mixture. Spray baking dish. Pour margarine over catfish and bake until golden brown at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Catfish, Freshwater fish.
