Ingredients/Components
- large bunch broccoli fresh or frozen - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- bread crumbs - 2 tsp
- can cream of mushroom soup undiluted - 1 item
- fresh mushrooms optional - 1/2 lb
How to make broccoli casserole:
Wash and drain broccoli and mushrooms. Slice into bite-size pieces. Parboil broccoli. Mix soup, cheese, mayonnaise and mushrooms in a large bowl. Add broccoli.In a buttered casserole, place all of the broccoli ingredients. Top with bread crumbs. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes or until cheese mixture starts to bubble.
