Oven parmesan chips
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- dash of paprika - 1 item
- finely minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- medium unpeeled baking potatoes - 4 item
How to make oven parmesan chips:
Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch slices; place on a greased baking sheet in a single layer. Mix butter, onion, salt, pepper and paprika; brush on one side of potatoes, then turn and brush other side. Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese; serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Potato.
