Ingredients/Components
- salt
- butter - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 tsp
- dash of paprika - 1 item
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- medium unpeeled potatoes - 4 item
How to make oven parmesan chips:
Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch slices. Place on a greased baking sheet in a single layer. Mix butter, salt, onion, pepper and paprika. (Brush on both sides of potatoes.) Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Potato.
