Oven parmesan chips
Ingredients/Components
- medium potatoes, peeled - 4 item
- butter or margarine, melted - 1/4 c
- finely minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- grated Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
How to make oven parmesan chips:
Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch slices; place on greased baking sheet in single layer. Mix butter, onion, salt and pepper; brush each side. Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes, or until tender and golden.
