- salt - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- onion - 3/4 c
- broth
- mayonnaise or sour cream - 2 Tbsp
- large sliced potatoes - 5 item
How to make easy scalloped potatoes:
Layer potatoes and onion in baking dish. Melt oil in pan; add flour; stir until smooth. Gradually add broth, mayonnaise or sour cream, salt and a little pepper. Stir until thick.
