Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • flour - 1 c
  • butter - 2 Tbsp
  • oil - 2 Tbsp
  • paprika - 2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • bread crumbs - 1 item
  • fryer, cut up - 1 item

How to make oven fried chicken:

Put butter and oil in shallow baking pan. Heat in oven. Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika; coat chicken with this. Beat eggs and milk together. Dip floured chicken in egg mixture; roll in bread crumbs. Place in oiled pan. Bake at 400° for 30 m
