Chicken with lemon sauce
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/2 c
- paprika - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- fryer, cut up - 2 to
- grated lemon peel - 2 Tbsp
- clove crushed garlic - 1 item
How to make chicken with lemon sauce:
Fried Chicken:1/2 c. flour1 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. pepper2 tsp. paprika2 1/2 to 3 lb. fryer, cut up1/2 c. melted margarine Make Lemon Sauce: Combine all ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before using. Preheat oven to 400°.Prepare Chicken: Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Coat chicken. Arrange chicken pieces, skin down in single layer in shallow pan. Brush chicken with margarine. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes. Turn chicken; pour sauce over. Bake 30 minutes longer until chicken is golden brown.
