Ingredients/Components

  • brown sugar - 2 c
  • butter - 1 c
  • soda - 1/2 tsp
  • popped corn - 8 qt
  • white syrup - 1/2 c
  • vanilla later - 1 tsp

How to make oven caramel corn:

Boil all ingredients but soda for 5 minutes. Stir well. Remove from heat and add soda. Pour over popcorn and mix. Put in 2 flat pans in 250° oven. Bake 1 hour. Stir a few times. Store in tight container.
