Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 2 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- light corn syrup - 1/2 c
- popped corn - 8 qt
- oleo - 1 c
How to make oven caramel corn:
Combine sugar, oleo, syrup and salt and bring to boil. Cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda. Pour over popcorn. Mix well. Scatter on large shallow pans. Bake at 250° for 1 hour, stirring frequently.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Gluten Free.
