Ingredients/Components
- frozen peas
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- cubed stew meat
- - 4 potatoes cut into chunks - 3 item
- carrots sliced into coins - 3 item
- large or 2 small onion, cut in quarters - 1 item
How to make oven beef stew:
Place meat (don't brown) on bottom of large casserole dish. Add potatoes, carrots, onions, peas, stir in salt and pepper. Cover with tomato soup. Bake covered 250 for 7 hours. Works well in crock pot also, low temp for 8 - 10 hours.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
