- eggs - 4 item
- milk
- dry mustard
- Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- sharp cheese, grated
- salmon, skinned, flaked and boned 16 oz
How to make salmon casserole:
Layer salmon, cheese and croutons in 8 x 8-inch Pyrex casserole. Beat eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard together; add salt and pepper to taste. Pour over layers. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour until set. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, Casseroles.
