Ingredients/Components
- sour cream
- chopped celery
- cooked chicken
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise
- can cream of celery soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- slivered almonds
- cream of chicken soup
- can diced water chestnuts - 1 item
- can french cut green beans - 1 item
- thinly sliced water chestnuts
- cooked chicken, bite size pieces
- medium jar pimento, chopped - 1 item
How to make chicken casserole:
Mix all ingredients and put in 2 quart casserole. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350. This recipe improves by being made a day ahead, refrigerate, then baked. Good served with rice and pineapple chunks. Serves 6 - 8.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
