Ingredients/Components

• Parsley - 1 item
• Paprika - 1 item
• Butter
• Eggs - 2 item
• Cup Milk - 3/4 item
• Cup Finely Crumbled Ritz Crackers - 1 item
• Stick Butter, Melted - 1/2 item
• Salt & Dash of Pepper
• Cup Grated Sharp Cheddar Cheese - 1/4 item

How to make onion pie:

Heat oven at 350.

Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter, press into 8 inch pie plate. Saut?© onions in 2 Tbsp. butter until clear, but not brown. Spoon into crust. Beat eggs together with milk, salt pepper and pour over onions. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
