Combine nutmeg, dry mustard, garlic salt and pepper in a small cup. Add to spinach. Add white sauce and beaten eggs. Pour into a buttered quiche pan or 9-inch pie pan and bake 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.Variations: Saut? 1/2 cup chopped onion in bacon drippings. Add to spinach after it has been cooked and drained.

Add 3/4 cup shredded cheese to white sauce.
